sportsballs 135 125x125 The Name Game Going on at Hazel Dell Sports FieldThe voting ended February 8 on what to name the new Sports Field in Hazel Dell, and the results are in: 95% of voters think the new Hazel Dell Sports Field should be named the Luke Jensen Memorial Park.

The Parks and Recreation Advisory Committee submitted the results, and made their recommendation to the Board of Clark County Commissioners today (February 18) at a noon meeting.

Now, we wait and see…will it be the Luke Jensen Memorial Park?

Rain-soaked feet, ill-fitting shoes, constant standing and disease all take their toll on the feet of homeless people. One of the most basic ways to keep feet healthy is to keep them warm and dry – a sometimes daunting task if you spend your days outside.
