Vancouver Lake Crew Wants You!
Row, row, row, your boat… Have you ever wanted to try rowing? Well, now is your chance.
Vancouver Lake Crew invites you to join them for National Learn to Row Day and Open House on Saturday, June 4, 2011 from 10 am to 2 pm at their facility at Vancouver Lake Park. Everyone is welcome to this free event that will give you a taste of what rowing is all about!
“Vancouver Lake Crew began in February 2002. It is a non profit organization dedicated to the development of the youth of Clark County. VLC offers year-round rowing opportunities for rowers of all ages. We have adult recreational and competitive rowing, a middle school and high school team, summer boating camps. We outreach within the community and offer a “learn to row” day for blind students at the WA School for the Blind. Rowing is a great aerobic exercise, and is physically and mentally challenging.” ~ Vancouver Lake Crew
