NSCNA Halloween Contest

Get Into the Spirit of Halloween.

The North Salmon Creek Neighborhood Association (NSCNA) will be having its fourth annual Halloween House Decorating Contest this year for homes in the NSCNA boundaries.  “Winners will receive bragging rights and a Best in the NSCNA award.  Enter yourself, your neighbor, or that house that catches your eye with a ghoulish graveyard.”  (Just make sure it is “just for decoration” :-) ).

Email nominations to NSCNA@inthecouve.com or call Carrol Heller at 360.433.2676 (or any other NSCNA officer), be sure to include the address, and name and phone number (if available) of nominees.  Judging will take place on October 30, with winners announced at the November 17th meeting.  Interested in being a judge?, contact NSCNA@inthecouve.com.
