Offered by Southwest Washington American Red Cross.
The Southwest Washington American Red Cross is offering a Pet First Aid class at Beastie Boutique on Saturday, May 22 from 1:00 to 5:00 pm.
The classes teach dog and cat owners how to respond to a wide range of animal emergencies; from dressing a wound, to pet CPR, to preparing pets for natural disasters. Pet lovers also learn how to provide care until they can get their pet to a veterinarian, as well as monitor their daily well-being. Class participants will practice pet CPR and other life-saving skills on animal mannequins.
Remember, “911 Emergency is not available for pets! This class is the next best thing.” For more information call Beastie Boutique at 360-574-6400, or visit them at 13023 NE Hwy 99, in Vancouver, WA.
