The Vancouver Sausage Festival is the “last blowout of summer fun” and will celebrate its 40th Anniversary September 9-11, 2011; which is the weekend after Labor Day this year. Actually, it is always held the weekend after Labor Day on the St. Joseph School grounds (6500 Highland Drive).
